Corner Porch provides housing only through independent living homes designed for adults who are able to live independently. Residents manage their own daily living needs and may choose to independently arrange personal, medical, or supportive services through third-party providers of their choice.

Residents may independently access third-party services such as:

• Primary care providers or home health professionals

• Physical, occupational, or speech therapy arranged independently

• Hospice services when applicable

• Durable medical equipment suppliers

• Case management or social services

• Behavioral counseling or therapy

• Medication management through external providers​
